Here is a list of the important upcoming deadlines and critical dates for participants in WRTC2014:

NOW: If there are any problems  for TLs,TMs, or referees such as travel, family/business matters or visa/travel  problems that will prevent you from attending, please contact:  K1TO@wrtc2014.org IMMEDIATELY so he can take appropriate actions.

NOW: If not already done, please finish your on-line  registration, especially arrival and departure times, so that we can complete  the ground transportation plan and assign local volunteers.

June  8: Last day for visitors to reserve a room at WRTC2014 hotels at the WRTC2014 rate. See:  http://www.wrtc2014.org/visitors/hotels/

June 8:  Competitors and referees advise W1CU (w1cu@cunitz.us) if you will have your own  transportation to travel between the hotel and your operating  site

June 9: Visitors and volunteers advise W1CU  (w1cu@cunitz.us) if you will have a car and are willing to transport teams  between the hotel and operating sites (maps and directions will be  provided)

June 12: Last day to order equipment to be  picked up at Ham Radio Outlet in tax-free Salem, NH (contact  salem@hamradio.com)

June 15: Competitors must  email:  it@wrtc2014.org and certify that they understand the previously  distributed Logging Program Instructions relating to networking and the Score  Collection Computer system

June 15: Last day to  request 110:220V transformer (contact andyn2nt@gmail.com)

June  17: Last day to sign up for tours. See: http://www.wrtc2014.org/tours-and-activities/

June 20:  Send station diagram to N2NT (andyn2nt@gmail.com)

June  20: Last day to order special items from Quicksilver Radio (sales@QSradio.com)

July 9: Last arrival day at hotel.  BBQ dinner and informal welcome activities start at 7:00 PM.
